Is there a free app for lone workers?

There’s a number of free “Personal” use safety apps … typically focused on walking home or tracking a family member.  Family location sharing can be set up both on Google & Apple devices.  You can also temporarily share your location using WhatsApp, but this is very battery hungry and can only be set up individually for a limited time.

We can’t vouch for other providers, but here at MyTeamSafe® you can download our App for FREE. But like a lot of great Apps, it isn’t free to use if you want all the valuable features.
